Reports to: Owner/Manager
Main objectives: Performs overall office functions including accounts,
secretarial and other clerical duties.
Typical functions and
responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of administration
tasks.
- Responsible for all accounting procedures to
trial balance stage
- Typing and data entry
- Answer queries in absence of owner manager.
Typical qualifications and experience:
Sound knowledge of all accounts procedures combined with good business acumen. |
