Knowing the effect of the recession on market pay rates is important. Much has changed since last year and you need the best, most comprehensive information about the latest market trends on wages and salaries, employee benefits, and remuneration practices.

Our National Employers Wage & Salary Survey (now in its 16th year) - a joint initiative of New Zealand's four regional employer associations - is designed to meet this need.

The survey has a benchmark date of the last Friday in July of each year covering 215 positions in 18 fields.
